Dead corse. again in complete steel Revisit'st thus the glimpses of the moon,

I spent an hour and forty minutes of my day today tracking anomolies found on a camera in an Indiana library. The Williard Library someplace in Evansville, Indiana is haunted, and the library has set up a web cam (three, actually) so people all over the place can stop by and ghost hunt.

There is an archive of pictures holding results, and some of the fun "hoaxes" people have sent in. I am skeptical of a good deal of the ones that are supposed to be legitimate. The clarity on their web cam is only slightly less clear than my two dollar digital camera (if I had a Gold membership, I would share with you its extreme crapness, but you'll have to guess). A lot of the "blurs with faces in them" seem more to be pixel problems than anything else.

Today, Stimpy and I were checking things out in the children's room. She noticed a blur in the corner of the picture, and I assured her that it was only a blur. Then the screen updated- there was a good sized black something at the very edge of the screen. We kept track of it for ten updates (like I say, hour forty), watching it grow and shrink, and then we had to go other places. Stimpy promised she'd check it later, so I'm hoping that she did.

At the same time the black thing showed up, the window in the very back of the room (in fact, the window is really in the next room) became obscured. It is highly probable that it is a hubcap, because the room is situated in the basement of the library, and the exterior shows there are windows all round. However, I will question it anyway as they both appeared in the photo at the same time. Skeptics might also say that our black shadow was a person, but a person that stayed in the same place in the library for that long, and contorted the way this thing did, I doubt. It happens that out of the three cameras, this one seems to be the best for getting positive results-the room is not too large for the range of the camera, and fairly well lit.

So, if you have a lot of spare time on your hands, spend an hour at the Williard Library in Evansdale. Who knows what you might spot?
