The best things in life are free?

I spent far far far too much money today. I would just like to say that Sam Goody is a huge rip-off, but I couldn't find Loreena McKenntt or Paint the Sky with Stars, or the DVD for The Music Man anyplace else in the POS mall that is College Square. And I had to get the Simon and Garfunkel CD's at Wal-Mart because mine are MIA. Anyway, Sounds of Silence has three more songs on it than the old one did, so hah!

And then, my mini Maglite's silver and Leonard wants black, so the stickers are for differenciating that mine is, indeed, mine. I did pass up the book of Polk county ghost stories ($10!) and refrained from buying another copy of the book with the exorcist story in it. (Haunted Heartland, if anyone was interested in the story of the exorcism of Emma Schmidt.)

So really, the only entirely frivilous purchase was the two dollar picture frame. Stop looking at me like that!

On the good side though, I didn't get lost. That was nice.

Polly moved out today. I've the whole room to myself. Actually, I hope someone moves in soon because I'll be forced to fill up the other side of the room with my shite if given the chance.

Oh and Happy Birthday to Bilbo and Frodo! (As I type this in at 2 minutes to midnight, mindful of dates, me.)
