Random

You know what really makes me happy? When the random play on my CD player only plays my favorite songs. It makes me feel a little more like we're friends, and that's always good to know. Of course, conversation is always difficult, and a little awkward if other people are around...

Sometimes I worry that my friends are only a figment of my imagination and that one day, I'm going to look 'round, and my best friend's gonna have a penguin's head.

When you're in crowded places, do you ever just get the urge to burst out into song, like in a musical? And you wouldn't care about looking stupid either, because (of course) everybody would know the words and sing and dance with you and everyone would be happy and it would all end with a children's angel chorus getting flown in from above. And then, just as suddenly as it began, the whole thing would dissapate and people would go on with their lives. You know, it doesn't work. I've tried, and well, nobody else seems to know the words.

Have you ever considered that no two people may see the same colour of orange? They've been taught the color was orange since birth, but what if their eyes see a shade that, to us, appears purple? You're never going to argue over the correct shade of the green-yellow crayon again, are you?
